Plan Area (SPA) is located in northern San Diego County, approximately 6
miles west of Interstate 15, within the San Dieguito River Valley. The
project consists of a comprehensive Specific Plan including policies for
the development within the 181-acre multiple ownership SPA, compatible
with existing surrounding communities and in conformance with the San
Dieguito Community Plan, San Dieguito River Park Concept Plan and County
of San Diego General Plan. |

| The Christopherhill
Project area consists of approximately 168 acres of land, and is located
in northern San Diego County within the 4S Ranch 634-acre Specific Plan
Area (SPA). The project is an amendment to the San Diego County General
Plan, San Dieguito Community Plan and 4S Ranch Specific Plan, as well as
necessary zone reclassifications, to allow for the development of 400
single-family and multi-family residential units, 3.5 acres of
commercial use and approximately 70 acres of preserved open space. |
