Bridged Tennis Complex |
| Located in the
exclusive Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe community, the project proposes a
privately owned full service tennis complex consisting of five tennis
courts, with one primary tournament court, a tennis pro-shop, food and
beverage facility, shower and locker room facilities and an office. |

Marina Village |

| Marina Village is a part of the City of
San Diego’s charming and unique Mission Bay Park, near the Sea World
Adventure Park and Marina. Due to Mission Bay Park’s limited land and
water resources, an efficient management approach was created to render
a “maximum sustainable benefit”. The 36-acre Marina Village
redevelopment project proposal intends to implement sustainability
through appropriate planning and engineering to ensure that the greatest
possible number of users continue to enjoy this unique area without
compromising the Park’s ability to meet recreational needs of the
future. |
