| The
Jesmond Dene CCRC project proposes an assisted living facility for the
community’s aging elderly. The project proposes 46 independent units,
14 assisted living units and 18 detached casitas on 18.5 acres of land
in the City of Escondido. In addition to the various unit types, the
project provides other facilities such as a club house, wellness center,
and scenic trails. The project has been designed to seamlessly
integrate and take advantage of the scenic hillside setting. |
